William Alfred Collins, Jr., 77, of the Ponzer Community, died, Tuesday August 28, 2018 at his residence.

Born in Wood County, West Virginia, March 29, 1941, he was the son of the late William Alfred, Sr. and Velma Pearl Norman Collins.
