ARTHUR A. DALL
April 9, 1943 – February 16, 2016

Arthur Allen Dall, 72, of 6868 N. C. Highway 94-North, Creswell, died unexpectedly on Tuesday in Gainesville, Florida.

Born in Tyrrell County, April 9, 1943, he was the son of Raymond Dall who survives and the late Bessie Harrell Dall. He spent his entire working life, 52 years, as a long-haul truck driver and was presently driving for J & J Enterprises. His greatest passion was being an avid NASCAR fan.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2016, in the Columbia Chapel of Bryan Funeral Service. Rev. Joseph Wynns will officiate. Burial will follow in the Maitland Cemetery on Soundside Road.

Surviving are his father, Raymond R. Dall of Dinuba, CA; a son, Mark Allen Dall of Creswell; two step-daughters, Jessica Leigh Gianferrara of Columbia and Samantha G. Pollard of Wilmington; his fiancé, Carolyn J. Phelps and her daughters, Tiffany Spruill and Kimberly Moran; five brothers, John Wayne Rampley of Glen burnie, MD, Stephen Dall of Esparto CA, Douglas Dall of Dinuba CA, Keven Dall of San Antonio, TX and Keenan Dall of Los Angeles, CA; a sister, Cynthia Kubicek of San Antonio TX; six grandchildren, Brittany Mae Dall, Tiffany Amber Dall, Jarrett Spruill, Kolbie Spruill, Weston Moran and Dawson Moran.

The family will receive friends during the hour prior to the funeral on Tuesday between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and other times at the home on N. C. Highway 94-North.
