Marvin E. Biggs, Jr.
November 28, 1935 – February 7, 2018

Marvin Enos Biggs, Jr., 83, formerly of Odessa, Delaware and more recently of Columbia, NC, died, Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville.

Born in Chesapeake City, Maryland, he was the son of the late Marvin Enos Biggs, Sr. and Esther Fears Biggs. He was married to the former Virginia Ruth Bryan who was the love of his life for 62 years.

Mr. Biggs spent most of his working years with General Motors as a line worker. He loved to go camping, traveling, spending time with his family, hunting, vacationing at the beach and lending a helping hand to any one in need.

In addition to his wife, surviving is a daughter, Donna M. Wallace and husband, David of Odessa, DE; a son Marvin Biggs, III and wife Terry of Townsend, DE; a daughter in law, Michelle Biggs of Delaware; three sisters, Eleanor C. Baker of Elkton, MD, Janice M. Spitale of Allentown, PA and Ruth W. Williams of Chesapeake City, MD and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Glenn S. Biggs.
