Michael W. Neighbors
July 17, 1957 - September 24, 2022

Michael Wayne Neighbors, 65 of Jamesville NC passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones Saturday September 24, 2022 at ECU Hospice House, Greenville NC. He was born on July 17, 1957 in Japan.

He is predeceased by his mother Martha Beasley Neighbors, his brothers Wallace Neighbors and Victor Neighbors. He is survived by his loving wife Lisa Neighbors; daughters Tiffany Neighbors, Dana Neighbors (Aaron); stepson Billy Owens; along with his loving siblings Norman Neighbors, Howard Neighbors, Rose Frederick, Debbie Neighbors and Susan Byers; and father Howard B. Neighbors.

Michael proudly served his country in the United States Navy, aboard the USS San Jacinto and the USS Ranger as a flight crew operator and worked for the Department of Defense at the United States Pentagon. Following his military service, he worked as a technician with Konica Minolta. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved nature, boat riding, fishing, hiking, camping, music and sports. He loved family time.
