Priscilla M. Berry
April 19, 1949 – January 6, 2018

Priscilla Mooney Berry, 68, of Engelhard, died, Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Vidant Hospital, Greenville.

Born in Hyde County, April 19, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Golden and Beaula Williams Mooney. She was married to Richard Larry Berry who preceded her in death.

She was a member of Pleasant Grove Church of Christ. She worked as an upholsterer alongside her sister and most recently as a clerk with Gibbs Enterprises. She enjoyed spending time and cooking for her family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday January 9, 2018 at the family plot in Fulford Cemetery. Steve Bryan will officiate.

Surviving are two daughters' Tina B. Basnight and husband Eddie, Cindy B. Mason and husband David, Jr., both of Swan Quarter; a son, Ricky L. Berry and wife Chelsey of Pantego; two grandchildren, Timothy James Mason and Laura Elizabeth Basnight both of Swan Quarter; a brother Donald Ray Mooney and wife Sharon of Columbia and a sister Dottie Mooney Gibbs and husband Jesse of Engelhard.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a brother, Leon Mooney and a sister Katherine Mooney Spencer.

Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the home place on 33119 US Hwy 264, Engelhard, NC.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Engelhard Volunteer Fire Department.
