Roy William Manley

Roy William Manley, 76, of Columbia, NC passed away November 10, 2020, at Washington Regional Medical Center.

Roy was born in Ontario, California, on November 24, 1943, to the late Robert and Mae Lamb Manley.

He served his country honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He worked as a stock assembler in the commercial airline industry.  Roy was an avid reader and loved traveling and going to the movies.  He was a member of the Soundside Free Will Baptist Church, where he was very active.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Surviving is his sister, Margaret M. Phelps of Columbia, and several nieces.
