Sarah Elizabeth Davis, infant daughter of Charles Clayton and Jacqueline Cahoon Davis, died, Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Vidant Chowan Hospital, Edenton.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Fulford Cemetery. Phil Emmert will officiate.

The family will visit with friends immediately following the service.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, William Clayton Davis of the home; maternal grandmother, Deborah "Mimi" Cahoon of Engelhard; paternal grandparents, Charles Lee "Pop-Pop" and Dorothy Modlin Davis of Swan Quarter; maternal great-grandmother, Judy "Bop" Cahoon of Kilkenny, paternal great grandmother, Joyce Modlin of Rose Bay; three cousins; one uncle; four aunts and several great aunts and great uncles.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, William Cahoon, maternal great-grandfather, Edison Cahoon; paternal great-grandfather, Roscoe Modlin, Sr. and one great aunt, Virginia "Jenny" Lowe.
