Annette Williams, 75, of Scranton, NC died July 10, 2023, at ECU Health Medical Center.

Born in Pitt County, NC on November 23, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Golden and Lela Williams. She was married to Michael R. Williams Sr, who preceded her in death. In addition to her late husband, Annette was preceded in death by a daughter, Christie Le-Ann Williams, and a sister Nannette Mobley.

Annette was a member of Scranton Christian Church. She loved visiting and singing gospel songs with her caretaker/friend Loretta Ann.  She loved western movies; shopping and any word puzzle she could find.  But most of all, she dearly loved seeing her grandchildren and spoiling them with her latest treasures.

Surviving is a son, Michael R. Williams Jr. (Montana) of Washington; a daughter, Micole W. Izaguirre (Rey) of Scranton; and six grandchildren, River Spencer, Annalee Izaguirre, Alex Izaguirre, Brandt Williams, Hurley Williams, and Espen Williams.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 13,2023, at 11:00 a.m., at Davis Cemetery in Pantego, NC. Mike Caton will officiate.

The family will gather with friends immediately following the service and other times at the home of her daughter, Micole Izaguirre.
