Ashley Parrish Obituary

Ashley Nichole Parrish
October 14, 1987 – February 28, 2026

Ashley Nichole Parrish, 38, of Creswell, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at her home.

Ashley was born in Johnston County, NC on October 14, 1987, to Ricky Nelson and Cynthia Soles Parrish.

A memorial service will be held at Sandy Acres Free Will Baptist Church, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, with time to be announced.

Ashley spent her working years in the food industry.  Her hobbies included drawing and adult coloring. She was a super outgoing person and loved being with people.  Her love for people also extended to animals, especially those in need, as she gave a home to many.   The light of her life was her daughter, Phoenix, whom she loved dearly.  The two of them spent most summer days swimming in the pool or at the beach.

Ashley was an organ donor and was able to share tissue for cancer research and her retinas were given to someone in need.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Bridgers (and his children Austin and Janis Bridgers) and their daughter, Phoenix Michelle Bridgers, of the home, her father, Ricky Nelson Parrish of Creswell, and two sisters, Jessica Goddwin of Wilson, and Charlotte Parrish of Columbia, her godson, Jordan Thesis, as well as extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia Soles Parrish, and a daughter, Trinity Marrie Bridgers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist the family with final expenses to Bryan Funeral Service, PO Box 17, Columbia, NC  27925.

Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service, Columbia.
