Carolyn Tincher Shepherd, 80, of Roper, died March 15, 2022, at Washington County Regional Hospital.

Carolyn Tincher Shepherd was born on September 30, 1941, to the late Velma Tincher.

No services are being scheduled.

She is survived by her two sons, David Bradford and James Bradford, and two daughters, Susan Loduha, and Leigh Ann Bacevich.
