Christopher L. Reynolds
October 15, 1960 – April 18, 2020

Christopher Lynn Reynolds, 59, of Columbia, died, unexpectedly Saturday, April 18, 2020.

Chris was born in Tyrrell County, October 15, 1960, to the late Jim W. and Margaret Simmons Reynolds. He was a member of Soundside Free Will Baptist Church.

Chris was an avid NASCAR fan especially of Dale Earnhardt, he loved music and enjoyed playing the drums.

A private graveside service will be held at Soundside Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Royce Reynolds will officiate.

Surviving is four brothers, Bobby Reynolds of Norfolk, VA, Rev. Royce Reynolds and wife Fleedie of Columbia, Eddie Reynolds and wife Shelia of Columbia and Mike Reynolds and wife Donna of Walstonburg, NC, one sister, Peggy R. Sawyer of Columbia, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister Betty R. Sawyer and two brothers, Billy Reynolds and James Reynolds.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Soundside Free Will Baptist Church Youth Group c/o Kathy Cahoon, PO Box 125, Columbia, NC 27925.
