Elaine Elizabeth Jones Loftus, 78, of Engelhard died unexpectedly Monday, April 13, 2020.

She was born in Milford, MA on August 27, 1941, to the late Walter F. and Elizabeth Johnson Jones. She was married to Thomas William Loftus, Sr. who preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, Tommy W. Loftus, Jr. and wife Floy of Engelhard, Brian Loftus of Kill Devil Hills; two daughters, Patricia Ann Judd and husband Steven of Camden, NC, and Kimberly Gibbs and husband Paul Harvey of Engelhard; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son Patrick Loftus.
