Kathryn S. Dorsey
April 25, 1947 – January 15, 2020

Kathryn Faye Spruill Dorsey, 72, of Plymouth, died, Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice, Greenville.

Kathryn was born in Washington County on April 25, 1947 to the late Robert Thurlow and Norma Bratten Spruill.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Plymouth and worked in the transportation department with Weyerhauser.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the First Baptist Church, Plymouth. Rev. Jimmy Hagwood will officiate. Inurnment will follow at the family plot in Hillside Memorial Gardens.

Surviving is a son, Richard Dorsey and wife Anne of Winterville; three grandchildren Zachary Dorsey, Nicholas Dorsey and Ella Dorsey.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Cancer Services of Eastern North Carolina, P.O. Box 2844, Greenville, NC 27834.
