Ralph Lee Weatherly
May 29, 1949 – December 15, 2021

Ralph Lee Weatherly, 72, of Columbia, NC, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville, NC.

Ralph was born in Norfolk, Virginia on May 29, 1949, to the late Edison Pernell and Christine Ainsley Weatherly. 

During his early years, he worked in the construction industry as a painter, painting several local businesses and residences in Tyrrell County and surrounding areas.  He was a gifted artist that could play the guitar and piano by ear. 

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the Bryan Funeral Service, Columbia Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, potted plants would be preferred.

Ralph is survived by a son, Justin Lee Weatherly, a daughter, two sisters, Cindee Weatherly of Greenville, NC, and Patricia Jones Shoop of Virginia Beach, VA, a brother, Timothy Demetri Fenkanyn, San Diego, CA, a niece, Amy Viverette of Greenville, NC and two nephews, Brandon Ewing Brickhouse of Columbia, and Aaron Robert Eck of New Port Ritchey, FL.
