Susan A. Selby
May 1, 1969 – March 5, 2025

Susan Annette Selby, 55, formerly of Engelhard and most recently of Goldsboro, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Signature Health Care of Kinston.

Susan was born in Beaufort County on May 1, 1969, to Thaxton Wade and Elaine Swindell Selby. As a child, she attended The Engelhard Christian Church.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Fulford Cemetery. Pastor Andy Edge will officiate.

Surviving in addition to her parents is a brother, David F. Selby (Sharon) of Engelhard; a sister, Karen S. Shook (Scott) of Greenville; a niece, Sara Selby, and one uncle, Wayne Swindell (Phyllis) of Wilson.

Friends may visit with the family at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thaxton Wade Selby, and immediately following the service.

Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions can be made to a charity of choice.
