Thomas William Darcy
May 13, 1968 – June 24, 2022

Thomas William Darcy, 54, of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, June 24, 2022.

Thomas Darcy was born May 13, 1968, in Arlington Heights, Illinois to the late Thomas Richard and Geraldine Bonnes Darcy. 

He honorably served his country in the United States Navy as a radioman on the USS Seattle during Operation Desert Shield, and in recent years had worked as a caregiver to his late father. 

A funeral service with military honors will be held at 1:00 pm, on Friday, July 15, 2022, at the Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC.

He was predeceased by his sisters Ursula C. Darcy and Helen Darcy Quate.  He is survived by his brother Michael D. Darcy, and two sisters, Denise A. Norgle and Jeanmarie Darcy, and many nieces and nephews and friends who loved him dearly.
